How can I get my welcome gift? What’s included in it?

How and when do I pay for membership?

To join the flânerie membership, simply add either FLÂNEUR PLUS or FLÂNEUR VIP to your shopping bag – this gives you immediate access to exclusive 50% off members-only pricing.

You’ll receive a 30-day free trial and won’t be charged or officially enrolled until the trial ends.

After the trial period, you’ll be billed a single upfront fee for your annual membership. You’ll continue to enjoy all the benefits and perks of your plan, which will renew automatically each year on the same date, unless you decide to cancel. Payment will be processed using the card you provided at checkout.

Do I get to choose my products?

Absolutely! You can choose your products since we're not a beauty box subscription. Shop whenever you like and enjoy exceptional members-only prices.

Some members shop a few times a year, others a couple of times a month. It’s entirely your choice, although we do recommend bundling purchases to minimise shipping.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time on ‘Your Profile’ section of your Flânerie account (on the top right page).

Once cancelled, your membership will remain active until the end of your current term and will not renew.

What are the delivery options and charges?

We offer two delivery options: Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.

Standard Delivery is free within the UK for orders over £29; otherwise, a charge of £4.99 applies, with delivery expected within 2–5 working days.

Express Delivery within the UK costs £5.99, with orders typically arriving on the next working day.
